I’m already obsessed with Honest Beauty’s makeup and this primer is the perfect stepping stone for getting a fresh, dewy look. Oh, and did I mention that it won an Allure Best of Beauty Award this year? The Everything Primer contains ingredients such as peony root, which firms skin, and aloe vera, which helps condition and moisturize skin. Not only does it create a smooth canvas for your foundation, but it also aids in preventing skin from drying and aging. And, if you want to go for the no-makeup makeup look, you can ever wear this primer alone – it leaves a fresh luminescent finish on the face.

A standard face primer covers, well, your entire face. But what about your eyes? Your eyelids are incredibly delicate and need just a smidgen more protection from the elements. Benefit has come to the rescue with their latest product, Air Patrol ($29). This eyelid primer is not only a BB cream, but it also contains an SPF 20 and shea extract. Air Patrol contains an EnviroDefend complex which helps protect lids from the elements and stress of the environment. As a BB cream, it color-corrects, hydrates and locks in eyeshadow color on the eyes. The genius applicator tip was designed to feel “as gentle if not softer than your pinkie,” and the cushiony texture was inspired by the gel foam that you find in mattresses and pillows.

Clinique’s newest offering just became my fave lipstick.  Not only is it made with an amazing lightweight formula, but it has bold, saturated color and incorporates a primer.  It’s a long-lasting lipstick that’s moist and feels smooth and fantastic.  BUT for me, the best thing about it is that the tubes are the color of the lipstick!  No more digging around and opening the tubes to see what’s inside.  I love, love, love it.
